Establishing Equity


Welcome to the “Establishing Equity” video course intended to show viewers how to move towards equity in the workplace. This course, comprising five video lessons, walks through the four elements of the DEI continuum: diversity, inclusion, equality, and equity. The first lesson lays out and describes the basic premise of the continuum. Then, the following lessons describe each step along the continuum in detail. Additionally, each lesson provides viewers with action steps for promoting the principles of DEI in their workplace. Ultimately, viewers of this course will have a better understanding of the concept of DEI, with special attention and consideration paid to the overarching concept of equity.
